Write a Cycle Citation

There are two different ways to write a citation. You can use the form below to submit your citation or you can apply to be a regular citer. This will let you upload citations through a wordpress interface. Please contact Cyclecitation (at) Gmail (dot) com for more information.

After you have recorded video of a citation use an editing program like iMovie, Windows Movie Maker, Adobe Premiere, or FCP to edit and encode your clip. Make sure to include the entire citation incident. Upload the clip to you own youtube account. Here is more info on youtube. Also export clear still images of the citation, license plate, and driver from the video. Upload them via this form. If you have any questions or issues, please contact me.

18. Check this box if you are issuing a citation an incident resulting in any collision, accident, or injury.
19. Check this box if you agree to testify under penalty of perjury that this citation is true and accurate in a court of law.
